Upper-intermediate level of English;
Experience working as a lead generation manager or in a similar position in an IT company (at least 6 months);
Experience with lead generation tools (Sales Navigator, etc.);
Great experience with cold outreach & related tools;
Perseverance to do the routine work;
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
Basic understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
Being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented;
Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot);
Good analytical and research skills.
Generating new leads using toolset provided, prospecting, identifying key decision-makers;
Create messaging scripts and develop scenarios to attract potential leads’ attention;
Establishing the first contact with potential clients;
Doing markets research;
Day-to-day work with potential leads’ database;
Create, deliver, and analyze the overall effectiveness of lead generation activities.
Annual paid leave — 18 working days (100% compensation);
