Requirements
Strong knowledge of organization of inbound/outbound sales processes;
Proven record of building a successful sales strategy, sales processes and sales funnel optimization;
Managing sales team and sales team objectives;
Have outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
Full cycle sales expertise in IT sphere;
Great leader: ability to influence and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners;
Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
Implementation of a business strategy in new sales directions;
Own sales operations, including monthly/quarterly planning, forecasting, sales team reporting;
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
Launching B2B sales, setting up inbound/outbound sales strategies;
Negotiating with potential clients and deals closing;
Building up clientele, maintaining long-term relations with a customers;
New services presentation for clients and partners.
